Areas of expertise in encompassing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) & Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering tailored Business Data Analytics & Visualization tools, such as MS Excel & Power BI, Retail Store Operations & HR Skills.
